Here in Eastern Mass., the first snow storm of the season is upon us. How much we get, is probably anyone’s guess.
The photo was taken a couple of hours after the change over from rain.

The secret of happiness, you
see, is not found in seeking
more, but in developing the
capacity to enjoy less.

I would like to say that I am an Independent, which I should have noted in the post about political ads. I have been an Independent for the 40 plus years. Never wanted to be labeled a Democrat or Republican.
I don’t like anyone telling me who I should vote for, nor what issues I should agree/disagree with. No Fox News. No MSNBC, and/or anything else. I can form my own opinion. Some may like it, some not, and I won’t lose sleep over it.
First one is political ads on TV. They actually don’t say much of anything meaningful, as in what they really stand for. What we get is mostly bullshit and attacking their opponents. It seems to get worse, as the election cycle comes and goes. No wonder politics sucks. Democrats & Republicans are both guilty of slinging the smears, lies, and whatever horse shit they can say.
Two, It’s the beginning of November, already the Xmas ads are starting. Though a couple have started a few days before Halloween, it seems it starts earlier and earlier every year. I see no need for it.
I ask, what is worse: political ads or early Xmas ads?

doers think, progress will be just another word in the already
overburdened vocabulary of the talkers who talk.
