Brand New Day
For me,
everyday
is a brand
new one.
Yesterday
is history;
gone, done
adios.
As for
my

its
getting
better
hour by hour,
day by day.

Philosophy is the ultimate, the ultimate aphrodisiac pleasure. Learning how to operate your brain, learning how to operate your mind, learning how to redesign chaos” – Timothy Leary

Update
Each day is slowly getting better. The blood-sugar counts are what I am working on, and I won’t give up. I am eating a lot better, though I do have to watch what I eat and drink. That’s it for now.
Monday
Quote ~ Nhat Hanh
“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child — our own two eyes. All is a miracle.” – Nhat Hanh
For Instance ~ Douglas Adams
Government ~ Harry S. Truman
“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.” – Harry S. Truman
Start
Start now.
Start where you are.
Start with fear.
Start with pain.
Start with doubt.
Start with hands shaking.
Start with voice trembling, but start.
Start and don’t stop.
Start where you are with what you have.
Just…start.
