Before hitting the sack, I inject the nightly dosage of insulin that I need. Then with the time change, and the restless night of tossing and turning, only to get out of bed, and check my glucose level, lo and behold, as I expected, it was on the low side. A bowl of cereal, and a several minutes later, I was good to go.
Today, will be a mucho coffee day.
