so I managed to take a walk, and I didn’t let the sun or the heat get to me. I managed to block it out, and it does help. now come Friday & Saturday, both days will only be in the 60s, with on and off rain. I can deal with that.

went for an earlier walk shortly after nine not much shade damn…I could feel the sun…and it felt like being in a 400 degrees oven so I managed to cut the distance as it was too hot

the sun did not disappoint shining brightly with lots of puffy white clouds with that said took a walk on the boardwalk which runs parallel with the river and its never crowded which is a good thing

doc says everything is fine…blood pressure excellent, kidney function normal…plus all the other stuff…don’t have to go back until December…with all that said, i’m good to go…
