My mother and Eric Clapton have something in common.
Both are English. Her parents came from the Manchester area of England.
Of course Clapton was born in the UK.
But the thing they do share is the same date: March 30, 2004.
Mother passed away the same day as Clapton’s birthday.
She had just turned 88, as her birthday was March 18.

Don this is so sweet. Isn’t it amazing how we mark events in our lives? I also have something like that for my Pa’s death and also that his birthday was the day after New Years day. So I never forget him. Those are such bittersweet memories. I like that you shared it.
