I’m 62, and yes, I remember that feeling as if it were yesterday. It’s the more recent things I tend to forget, but they probably weren’t worth remembering anyway.
Your March 13 post was my Birthday…thank you, what a great gift from you (maybe); I do remember and I was the little boy who jumped and I landed on my back on that hard red southern soil and knocked myself out. Everyone ran home and I woke alone, they thought I was dead. Feelings hurt then along with head, it is a funny remembrance all these many years later. E
