I’m a “country come to town” gal myself.

Have you lived in small towns all your life?
No, I haven’t. When my husband was in the Navy, we lived in Norfolk, Virginia. When we moved back up here twenty years ago, it didn’t take me long to revert to my small town roots.
So for a time you had some city slicker life before you reverted back to the sticks…
“Slicker life” is pushing it abit, but yes.
