Doesn’t it seem like the weather doesn’t cooperate sometimes?
I’ve had the chance to visit Norway more than once. On one visit, it seemed like it was raining the entire time I was in Bergen, and I was eager to get out and about.
With some exasperation, I asked a Norwegian guy if it always rains in Bergen. He thought about it briefly and then said he didn’t know – he had only lived there for 40 years! (I don’t think he was kidding with me…)
It’s wise of you to get out walking.
