yeah yeah same old song and dance. hate this weather.

Same here. Haven’t been able to go out walking for a few days. Heat warnings up and the heat index today was 105. Miserable out there with the incredible humidity.
It’s been wreaking havoc with my sugar readings.
Summer is Georgia isn’t hot as normal. It also could be that I’ve been hibernating. It feels good doing nothing sometimes. 😌
Doing nothing at times is a good thing.
