Harvard graduate and former Cincinnati Bengals punter/receiver Pat McInally, is now coaching high school football in Southern California, and is doing it without pay.
McInally scored a 50 on the Wonderlic intelligence test, prior to the 1975 NFL draft, and no other football player has done it.

I’m a life long Bengals fan, and Pat McInally was one of my favorite players from that era. The dude was as tough as he is smart. I remember him getting blasted while punting against the Steelers.He was in such bad shape that they had to cart him off the field. He came back in the fourth quarter to catch the winning TD from Ken Anderson, in a rare win against the original Steel Curtain.

As never really a Bengals fan, but I did watch them play, whenever they was televised on TV here in the Boston area. I remember reading an article about him in the Boston Globe, and it said in part, which when he was just a punter, that he would sit on the bench and read a book, until it was time for him to go on the field, and punt the ball, and after the kick, go back to reading again. What a guy.
