Well, I did see a recipe for gooseberry jam filled tomatoes! So it’s not like it can’t be served in sweet dishes. Same for cucumber – vegetable for us (though fruit), served with honey in Arabic countries and generally considered to be a sweet treat like any fruit. So the third line should be “Open mind is trying it anyway”.
