So this John Foster Dullas is the same old oligarch who aggressively ramped up the Cold War, advocated that the French get stuck into IndoChina which led directly to American involvement in Vietnam, overthrew the democratic Mossadegh government in Iran in 1953 (and is a major reason for the rift in relations even today) and then toppled the democratic government of Guatamala in 1954? The British hate him for Suez! Hey lets give this guy a Nobel Prize.
