         Thanx, Monsieur Donald(?)… 🙂 Btw, I love duck… In my région Midi-Pyrénées it’s very popular: foie-gras, smoked duck breast, magret, confit… total yummy! 🙂 With a red Bordeaux wine, cheers! 🙂
