I love this! Yesterday my assistant made a mistake, a huge one and she cried. I told her that it’s not a mistake really till it prints and if you are not wanting to make mistakes you picked the wrong career. She said, “Oddly that makes me feel better.” I told her ya I know that’s what my mentor told me when I messed up big time! 🙂 Now I hardly make any mistakes 😉 NOT!
