For the past couple three years, I have always been using brown coffee filters. I prefer using them than the white filters. Well, I have been to a couple of stores, and they no longer carry them. My partner has been to a couple of different stores, and she had no luck in finding them. Whoever you ask that work in the different stores, all say the same thing, we ran out, or they are no longer carrying them, or the distributor(s) no longer have them. Its probably a conspiracy against me, and the other coffee drinkers, who prefer brown over white.
Just another one of the various things in life that irk the shit out of me.

LOL really? I hadn’t noticed they were missing. I’m not a summer time coffee drinker but will have to go look next time I’m at the store. Maybe it’s just a conspiracy hahaha

I use the same brown filters. I buy them at the commissary, Wally World, and Meijer. BUT! If you type Melita coffee filters into Google, the top three different purchasing options on Amazon are the brown ones, so that’s what I’d do. Love me some Amazon.com.

Well, there’s a thing, hey? No brown coffee filters to be had. Hang in there! I have had a similar experience here with Pears soap and Shower to Shower roll on. Somehow, I don’t think I’ll find it on Amazon though.

i don’t know what size, but there are 510 brown coffee filters at amazon under free shipping, which means you have to buy 35.00 of groceries or something else.that’s where i get things grocery doesn’t sell.

I’ll add to your coffee conspiracy . . . in addition to the brown filters (which we also use), we can no longer find Cremora Coffee Creamer in grocery stores or WalMarts anywhere. I can find it (and the brown filters) on Amazon.com (what DON’T they sell?), but the Cremora is up to $15/bottle and tends to come from some rural IGA’s back stock, arriving in those USPS if-it-fits-it-ships boxes. I feel like I’m doing drug deals! Problem is Cremora is the ONLY creamer Everett will use – he says milk or half-and-half cool down his coffee, and the other powder creamers don’t taste good (ANY of them). Fussy b@$tR&. Sigh. So yeah, coffee conspiracy out there to irk us.

$15 a bottle for a bottle of powdered whatever it is, is true price gouging. I drink all my coffee black and strong, no sugar. To me, its the only way to drink it…
