Only if I’m out in a thunderstorm standing on a flat field with nothing in sight taller than me. And the flash is immediately followed by the boom. I know someone who’s been hit by lightning. Twice.
When I was a teenager, a bolt of lightning miss me and a friend by about 20 or so feet away. But I still love lightning.
My friend said it was very cool to be hit by lightning, like all her senses were super sharp, electrified. She said she wasn’t the same afterwards.
I know that I never would want to be struck.
