  1. And flying monkey’s more so thinking only of the wicked witch.
Plus spiders do fly, there is the bird catching spider, and those beautiful little baby spiders that drift on breezes in the US with a bit of a filament of web attached. I used to catch the web thread in class at elementary school and watch the tiny baby spider spin and spin to try to avoid being caught by me.
We have no need to fear spiders.
    Humans are another story.

    1. I have trouble enough with birds crapping on my windshield, so the thought of elephant dung on my car (let alone on my head) terrifies me! 😀

      1. I wouldn’t want elephant dung landing on me. Yuk!

  4. That sounded.. cute to me, being grateful that spiders don’t fly (instead of hating them for.. existing). 🙂 But then again, I couldn’t say the same about.. Spiderman, my twelve-year-old son wouldn’t necessarily agree. For him, Spiderman was all about.. flying. 😀

  6. They may not fly, but some of them jump. However, as you say above, there is much more to fear from humans.
