Yay to the Beatles and their great music.
I wagged school in 1964 (along with hundreds of other students) when they visited Australia. Into the city we went to stand for hours hoping to get a glimpse of them at their hotel balcony. We didn’t see them at all. But, boy oh boy, we had a fabulous day! 🙂

I remember seeing them on the TV, the Ed Sullivan show.which was on February of 1964.
