Diabetes

I’m a Type 2 Diabetic, and have been for the last four years, and I will not let it get the better of me.

    Was just diagnosed at the end of July. So much to learn and do differently. I’m dreading my business trip next week, with its provided/hosted meals, as I am still learning to navigate the food situation.

      It takes time. Pay attention to the carbs and sugar content, and drink plenty of water.
