humidity
my body from
head to toe
inside and out
is drained
not to mention
it is playing
games with my sugar
this weather is
going to be around
for another 6-7 days
enough is enough

    Sorry to hear that. Cool down with fruit. Eat less cooked foods. Don’t be a pot for the heat re-cook the food on your body.
