   The quality of my thoughts often depends on whether I get enough sleep. My thoughts are not of high quality as I lay there sleepless. I don’t make anybody happy the next day. 😦 lol

         You certainly are right. But the older I get, it seems the less sleep I get.

         We in the US will soon be having a time change in early November. We will get an extra hour. I used to love that. Now I dread having another hour to lay awake. lol
