When I did yoga a lot, the Inverted Bird was one of my favourite poses. I found it immensely peaceful. Mind
I take it, that you still do yoga?
Alas no. My joints don’t work. I’m lucky to walk some days
Sometimes my left knee acts up, and makes it hard for me to walk down a flight of stairs.
I can have trouble with high kerbs
I know that feeling..
