A Pondering Mind

A little of this. A little of that.

Update

Now that I am no longer injecting insulin, the glucose (sugar) level(s) are good. It took a little work get to this point, as I watch what and how much I eat, and that’s a good thing, as it works out in my favor.

When I was diagnosed and told that I have type 2 diabetes, it made me think, which I did a lot of, I was not going to let it get the best of me, that I was going to give it a good kick in the ass, along with quitting smoking, to make myself healthier, and be happy about it. The end result, it worked.

  5. Brilliant ! I have found that as well as what I eat and how much, I am also affected by eating meals at regular times. My stomach gets used to that routine, and my blood sugar levels stay down. it does seem quite regiments at times, especially with testing my blood glucose levels at the same time each day. However it works !
