Absolutely. That’s why the government and other powerful people ease people into things. That way they get what they want without anyone paying attention. Example: putting cameras on corners in high crime areas and then later putting them everywhere and sending $100 tickets for people who go through red lights. They are hateful people who manipulate the masses by educating them slowly. Blah. I wish more people would pay more attention.
