gloomy weather
damp misty
windy too
it was no
stopping me
from taking
the morning walk
kicked it up
a notch
did see a couple
more homeless people
with nowhere to go
been there done that
15 years ago
I’m afraid it is
only going to get
worse for the
people and families
that are being tossed
out into the streets
some do what they
have to do and
survive it
and there are some
who don’t give
a fuck what happens
to them and that’s
their choice
and life goes on …
