7:24 p.m.

took a walk this evening
the air…sticky as all hell
felt like i was in a sauna
so my pace was a bit
slower than normal
…it sucks is all i can say

10:10 a.m.

went for an earlier walk

shortly after nine

not much shade

damn…I could feel

the sun…and it felt

like being in a

400 degrees oven

so I managed to

cut the distance

as it was too hot

5:51 p.m.

evening walk on hold

thunderstorms moving

will wait it out

and take one

later on

1:17 p.m.

early afternoon

took an afternoon walk

weather isn’t all

that great

light mist

which wasn’t that bad

1:58 p.m.

the sun did

not disappoint

shining brightly

with lots of

puffy white clouds

with that said

took a walk

on the boardwalk

which runs parallel

with the river

and its never crowded

which is a good thing

Tuesday Evening

big improvement in the weather here, so i took a long walk. the air was warm, compare to the las two days, with overcast skies and with the wind coming off the ocean, brings the temperature down, but it didn’t stop me from pounding the bricks.

today’s walk was beneficial, as i cleansed my head, and helps keep my sugar under control. in fact, i decided to take another stroll. now that i’m home, i’ll just kick back and relax and start all over tomorrow.

More Snow

Sunday, we got quite a bit of snow. Tuesday, more snow is on the way. Possible 3-5 inches is on tap. Hopefully, I’ll get a walk or two in, as I do like walking in it, as long as it is not windy and blowing in my face. That makes it a miserable time… well I shall see what tomorrow brings.

Spring Time Snow

Took a walk in the heavy, wet snow. Of course I got kind of wet, I mean really wet, and I seen two other people outside, doing the same thing. It was enjoyable walk, and it helps keep the sugar in check, and also helps with keeping the mind focused.

In these dire times, I reccomend a good walk and enjoy every minute of it.

No Name Park

I’ve been living in this part of the city for five years, and have no idea what the name of the park is. I have asked people who have lived here a lot longer than me, and they don’t know what the name is, or if it ever had a name. The park is so small, that a person can do a complete walk around it in a minute, two at the most. September 3 2014

it will be worth the effort. Walk with me

by the water – worth the read…
