its Friday
the last one of the month
its also the sixth month
of the year
which means we’re closing
out the first half of 2024
this year seems to have
zipped by at a rapid pace
in other stuff worth mentioning
everything is good as far as my
health goes meaning blood work
is all good, though the my a1c
ticked up a notch … but anyways
I’m pretty good keeping the
glucose and/or sugar under control
anyways its the weekend which
in my case is no big deal…
meaning being retired it feels
like just an ordinary day …
no offence that’s I feel and see it…
enough said for now …

I have never known time to pass so quickly as now….. WE are still having day light at 11 p.m…..after today the days will begin to get shorter….

Where I live, the sunsets around 8:25 in the evening, and the sunrises around 5:15 in the morning.
